Slightly off-topic from the regular coding links here, but Toggl is probably the best and fastest way we've seen so far of tracking your time if you are jumping around from different projects and clients all day.
In some ways, Harvest is a better and more mature tool, but its desktop tools that help you track your time are just not quite as good as Toggl.
